About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns to meet strategic and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Manage and lead the digital marketing team to achieve exceptional results.
Digital Campaigns: Develop and execute high-performing Google Ad and Meta Ad campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.
Reputation Management: Monitor and manage our online reputation across all platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
eCRM Activity: Design and implement effective email and SMS campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record of managing high-performing digital marketing teams and large-budget campaigns.
Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads, HTML, and CSS.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive results and build strong relationships.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accurate campaign execution and data analysis.
Creativity and Drive: Curiosity and drive to understand consumer behavior and develop innovative marketing strategies.
