We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in maintaining our HR databases, generating reports, and analyzing data for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee records and relevant information.
• Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Support the analysis of HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to other administrative HR tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to create engaging presentations and analyze data.
• Strong data management and analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• A high degree of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eligibility: Freshers only (No prior PF/ESIC records).
