Are you looking to start a hands-on career that pays well, teaches you a real skill, and puts you on a path to leadership? We’re hiring Apprentice Painters to join our growing team across St. Thomas, London, and surrounding areas.
You don’t need painting experience—just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Learning how to prep, paint, and finish surfaces on commercial sites
Supporting experienced painters with site setup, masking, sanding, and cleanup
Working on real construction sites—indoors and outdoors, year-round
Practicing safety, professionalism, and teamwork every single day
Progressing from helper to painter as you develop real trade skills

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are reliable, respectful, and ready to work
Can get to job sites on time (must have a valid G driver’s license and vehicle)
Aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty and take pride in doing things right
Enjoy learning new skills and want to build a career in the trades
Work well with others and bring positive energy to the team
Bonus Points If You:
Have some experience on a construction site or in a physical job
Are comfortable working on ladders or at heights
Like the idea of becoming a professional painter or site supervisor in the future
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $20/hr with regular reviews as your skills grow
Overtime paid after 44 hours/week
Flexible benefits including HCSA after 6 months of employment
Regular team events, coaching, and growth opportunities
Work Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm with occasional weekends or evenings
