Wenona is seeking passionate Casual Aquatic Receptionist and Pool Lifeguard to contribute to the safe, professional, and welcoming environment of the Wenona Aquatic Centre. The Position
Supervise the aquatic facility, ensuring patron safety, water quality, and a clean, welcoming environment.
Provide exceptional front desk service, including customer inquiries, bookings, and point-of-sale retail transactions.
Respond promptly and effectively to first aid incidents and other emergencies.
Perform daily opening and closing duties, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks.
Work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders while promoting water safety.
Requirements of the role
Current Pool Lifeguard qualification with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience.
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Confidence using IT systems, including MS Office and swim school software.
Pool Plant Operator and/or Swim Teacher qualifications (desirable or willingness to obtain).
