Full job description
We are seeking an ambitious Receptionist/Office Administrator for our Burnaby location. This is an entry level position with lots of opportunity for growth.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Welcomes customers and visitors to our branch
· Handles all incoming calls by answering or referring inquiries
· Coordinates incoming and outgoing mail
· Maintains reception area in clean and tidy manner at all times
· General office tasks (filing, payment processing, data entry, etc.)
What we're looking for:
· Excellent organization skills, and verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to self teach
· Ability to work as an independent team member
· Good multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills etc.
· Must have experience working under minimal supervision
