We are urgently hiring 10 Outbound Soft Collection Agents with proficiency in Arabic, English (B2 level), and Hindi to support a high-priority client project. This role involves making outbound calls to remind and assist customers with pending payments in a courteous, professional manner.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls for soft collection reminders in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone on all customer interactions.
• Record and update call outcomes and customer feedback accurately.
• Escalate any complex issues to the management support team as necessary.
• Follow pre-defined scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team and attend regular briefings as scheduled.
???? Requirements
• Languages: Must be fluent in Arabic, English (B2 or above), and Hindi.
• Prior experience in customer service, tele calling, or collections preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy; ability to use standard communication tools.
