We bring the fun to the city through our games and Adelaide’s only Light Matrix room, creating laughs, wins, and memories every day.

Role: Arcade Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Explain game rules and help customers get started.
Operate, monitor, and restock arcade machines, claw machines, and drink fridges.
Handle transactions, reservations, and customer enquiries.
Troubleshoot and report basic machine or maintenance issues.
Maintain cleanliness across arcade floors, counters, machines, and restrooms.
Support events, parties, and group bookings when scheduled.
Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Must be 15 years or older.
Positive, reliable, and energetic personality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Fast learner with initiative and accountability.
Team-oriented mindset — adaptable and supportive of others.
Skills That Stand Out
Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
Interest in technology, community, or social media.
Leadership potential or interest in management roles.
