The Company:
The company is a reputable home building company in Sydney. They build adjoining townhouse lots and new homes.
The have a stable and growing internal team and a well-known brand.
The Role:
Reporting to the company's Senior Managers, your responsibilities will include:
Creating Masters
Producing working drawings in AutoCAD
Updating drawings with variations as per client requests whilst ensuring they meet standards
Checking documentation to ensure compliance with building/council regulations
Ensuring time frames are met whilst maintaining quality
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
Production drafting DA/CC
Monday to Friday office based
About You:
ArchiCAD proficiency (essential)
Diploma of Design and Drafting or similar
5+ year's experience working for a residential builder or design firm
Knowledge of BCA
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced role with tight deadlines.
