Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior
Architect will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and
overseeing all phases of the design process from concept development to construction
administration
Responsibilities:
Architectural Design Leadership:
Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to construction documentation.
Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and
exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project
goals, objectives, and constraints.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and
quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural
designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve
any design or construction issues.
Design Documentation:
Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications,
and material selections.
Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning
requirements.
Mentorship and Collaboration:
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and design team members.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and
professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
