Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect in our firm, you will be involved in all phases of the design and construction process, from conceptual design through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to create spaces that are not only functional and aesthetically pleasing but also meet all technical and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and project goals.
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to continually improve design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
At least 1+ year of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in Architectural software and other design tools.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
