Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Architect and Interior Designer to join our esteemed team, specialising in commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both architecture and interior design, demonstrating the ability to seamlessly integrate exterior and interior design elements. Moreover, exceptional communication and client management skills are essential, along with the flexibility to conduct site visits and adeptly handle client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise and develop design concepts for various commercial interior fit-out projects, including offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and other commercial establishments.
• Produce detailed architectural plans, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure precise and efficient execution of design plans.
• Source materials, furnishings, and finishes aligning with project requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct thorough site visits to evaluate existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and engage in negotiations professionally and diplomatically, addressing any concerns or issues.
• Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, building codes, regulations, and best practices relevant to commercial interior design and architecture.
• Collaborate with team members and consultants to develop integrated design solutions meeting client needs and expectations.
• Directly involve to business devolopment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong presentation skills with excellent communication abilities.
• 4-5 years of experience in architecture and interior design, with a robust portfolio showcasing commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3DX Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other relevant tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, adept at translating ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Flexibility to conduct site visits as required and accommodate client meetings outside regular business hours.
• Knowledgeable about building codes, regulations, and industry standards pertinent to commercial interior design and architecture.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
