About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our Urban Design team, focusing on RIBA Stage 3 projects. This role offers flexible working options, impactful projects, and a balance between professional growth and work-life balance.
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an Architect to contribute to masterplanning work on several major new projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing by hand and using computer-aided design tools, with a strong interest or experience in urban-scale projects up to RIBA Stage 3.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver master planning, housing, and commercial design services.
Lead projects from strategic development to detailed design, focusing on architectural elements of larger urban schemes.
Produce coordinated designs for RIBA Stage 3, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to detailed design and construction.
Work on diverse public buildings, including schools, nurseries, commercial, retail units, community facilities, residential, and specialist housing.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
21 days of holiday, plus bank holidays and discretionary leave over Christmas.
No overtime expected, but paid at an increased rate if offered.
