Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will work on a variety of large-scale Mixed use, Health science, and Industrial projects within the Commercial sector. This role involves managing projects, particularly on site, requiring strong communication and liaison skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on all RIBA stages (stage 4 onwards)
Prepare tender applications and presentations
Utilize Revit and MicroStation software daily
Liaise with clients to develop key relationships
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year's experience post Part II or Part III
Preferably experienced in project management on site
ARB Registered
Excellent work ethic and motivation
Proficient in Revit and MicroStation (training provided if necessary)
Estimated salary up to £45,000 per annum. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit team of 10 technical and design-focused employees, offering hybrid working arrangements, social events abroad, health insurance, and other benefits.
