Project Architect
EPT Partnership are a medium sized award-winning architectural practice currently seeking to expand their team.
We are involved in a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure, Industrial and Residential.
We welcome applications from RIBA Part 3 qualified Architects with previous experience of running projects.
Key attributes include:
Experience of running projects, leading project teams and liaising directly with client’s, stakeholders and contractors
Excellent design skills with a strong technical background and a sound knowledge of Building Regulations, design standards and best practice
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
Experience of AutoCAD, Revit and BIM
Strong leadership, organizational and relationship-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advancement potential within business
