Employment Type: Contract Hourly Rate: $100/hour
AYYA Design Haus is seeking a licensed Architect to support the architectural scope of a full-build-out project through technical expertise, site analysis, and regulatory alignment. This role acts as a right-hand consultant, ensuring that landscape design decisions developed by AYYA are grounded in site conditions, environmental constraints, and local requirements, and are feasible to construct and maintain.
This role operates primarily behind the scenes, providing expert guidance, oversight, and validation. The Architect will collaborate closely with the AYYA, the Project Manager, and the contractor to ensure that all architectural solutions are technically sound, permit-ready, and coordinated with site and environmental realities
