Job Title: Architect - Corporate Interior
At SWBI Architects, we are seeking an experienced Architect to lead our interior and architectural design projects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a premier institution and 2-8 years of experience in designing mid-size and large projects, particularly in the IT and corporate interiors sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the interior and architectural design project, planning, interpreting, organizing, scheduling, and managing projects through all phases of development.
• Oversight of design development, site visits, and detailing GFC drawings.
• Establish and monitor budgets while coordinating with engineering services.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
• Creativity and technical expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve high standards and goals.
• Good presentation skills and client management skills.
