Key responsibilities: Architectural Draughtsman
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Support the team with site documentation and construction management.
• Coordinate with the construction team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
