About the Role

We are seeking a talented and visionary Architect & Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical proficiency in both 2D and 3D design tools, capable of translating concepts into detailed working drawings and elevating design narratives to the next level. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and present innovative architectural and interior design concepts
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for client presentations and execution
• Prepare comprehensive working drawings with technical specifications and material details
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation
• Research materials, finishes, and design trends to enhance project outcomes
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 3–7 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
