Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and interior layouts in accordance with client requirements and project scope.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documents.
- Create detailed blueprints, sketches, 3D/2D models, and renderings using software like AutoCAD (must), SketchUp (advantage).
- Conduct site visits, assess project feasibility, and oversee construction progress, including site visits for fresh clients.
- Research and incorporate sustainable and innovative design solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest architectural and interior design trends.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project budgets.
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure material selection and project objectives are met.
- Present design proposals and provide clear explanations of technical concepts to clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Provide guidance to junior designers and team members when necessary.
