Job Description
We are seeking a talented Lady Architect to join our dynamic team. The Lady Architect will play a key role in all phases of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Develop design concepts and present ideas through sketches, drawings, and 3D models.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of experience working in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing previous projects and design skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred.
