• The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client.
• The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.
• The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Be capable of handling customers individually with creative designs as per company
• standards.
• Be capable of handling in-house projects and Room leads as per customer specifications
• and provide information about design briefs.
• Be capable of suggesting Furniture and Decor products from our catalog and to educate
• customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
• Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure smooth functioning of the
• project at each stage.
• Be able to work efficiently on the working drawings/end to end design services for In-
• house projects.
Requirements
• Education - B. Arch, B. Des or similar
• Should have mandatory 5+ years of experience in restaurants and residential projects
• Have excellent oral & written communication skills
• Have practical knowledge of Autocad, Google Sketchup, V-Ray, MS Presentation, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop.
• Hospitality Experience must.
