ConstroCrafts, a young Pune based Architecture, Interior and Project Management Consultancy firm is looking for architects and interior designers who are interested in exploring, cultivating and creating spaces that are driven by passion and hard work. Our work portfolio comprises high end bungalows, residential projects, commercial spaces, institutes, multi faceted interior services and project management consultancy.
Currently we are looking for applicants with a work experience of 1-5 years for the following openings.
2 Interns
2 Junior Architects (1-3 Years experience)
1 Senior Architect (3-5 Years experience)
1 Senior Interior Designer (4-5 Years
experience).
He/she will be involved in the project from design stage to completion -- including preparing presentation boards, developing design ideas, site analysis and survey, coordination with clients / contractors / vendors and assist in materials sourcing, schematic design, design development and working drawings.
Skills Required : The candidates must possess good sense of aesthetics with a flair to with any given task. Should be computer savvy with extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop & Google SketchUp. Any additional software and manual skills would be a plus. The selected aspirants would be involved in projects right from ideation stage to their completion stage for task such as, conceptualisation, developing design ideas, preparing presentation boards, site survey and analysis, design development and working drawings, coordination with clients / contractors / vendors, site visits and assisting in materials sourcing.
