1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals and requirements for the project.
2. Develop concept sketches, 3D models and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
3. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
4. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
