Job description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Architectural Associate to collaborate and work cohesively with our team.
The desired individual will assist in streamlining creative design and technical production from conception through the overall completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualise and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects – both digital and print, from idea/concept to execution
• Elevate design concepts through phases from schematic ideas into Construction Documents with high accuracy, precision & efficiency
• Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations & details in organised submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables
• Collaborate with internal/external team members on project deadlines and workflow milestones
This is a full-time, on-site role that involves creating detailed design drawings, liaising with clients, and ensuring design quality and consistency.
Requirements
• Revit Proficiency LOD 350+
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can manage multiple projects and overlapping deadlines
• Expertise to effectively utilise contemporary architectural design software, including Sketchup & AutoCAD Architecture
• Thorough knowledge of architectural building systems with the ability to create technical drawings and 3D models in accordance with standard construction techniques and principles
• Proven track record working with internal design teams and/or agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developed

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior designers on concept development, space planning, and material selection.
• Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, 3D using SketchUp (preferably with plugins), and related software's.
• Should be able to prepare detailed drawings and ensure they are correctly implemented during construction on-site.
• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings with software's such as D5/ Enscape/ or any other rendering software.
• Support the creation of impactful design presentations using Photoshop, MS Office, and Canva.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report issues or concerns.
• Contribute to the development and execution of innovative design concepts.
• Apply design principles, building codes, and regulations in project development.

• Currently pursuing a Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in architecture and design, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software's.
• Solid understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
