Architect
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

• Design and develop architectural solutions for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
• Utilize the latest in architectural software and methodologies.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in high-end projects.
• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent.
Site Architect
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the construction phase of luxury private residential interiors.
• Ensure precision in the installation and finishing, particularly in custom joinery and delicate fixtures.
• Manage project execution on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability in detailed site handling and finishings.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent.
