We are looking for highly skilled architects with at least 3-5 years of industrial experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Sketchup and other software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients, to understand their project requirements, expectations, and goals.
• Design and Development: Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other software tools to create detailed architectural designs, models, and documentation.
• Project Management: Ensure that all designs and projects comply with industry standards, client specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Presentation: Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and design solutions to clients and internal teams. Articulate complex architectural concepts clearly and effectively.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to integrate innovative solutions into our projects.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of designs and models to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project specifications.
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Formal qualification in BArch or MArch.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of industrial experience in architecture.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software is a plus.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
