• Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal Architect in developing design concepts and working drawings.
- Handle on-site management, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate procurement processes.
• Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
- Previous experience in site handling is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, SketchUp; proficiency in any rendering software is an added advantage.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
