Job Description
We are looking for a technically minded Part 2 Assistant, recently qualified Architect or Technician to join our team in East London. We are flexible with the role and can adapt to suit level of experience, people returning to work or those who need to work part time.
Responsibilities
Depending on the level of experience, the role will involve:
· Assisting with the delivery of projects
· Working with existing and listed buildings
· Technical problem solving and drawing
· Collaboration and management of consultants and contractors
Requirements
Applicants should:
· Have a particular interest in the technical design and delivery of projects.
· Be able to demonstrate a practical understanding of the Building Regulations.
· Be an experienced user of Revit and AutoCAD.
It would be advantageous to be a confident communicator with an open and collaborative attitude towards working with others—an enjoyment of problem solving and sketching solutions.
Salary
Salary offer will depend on experience.
