Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized Institute with a minimum 5 to 8 years" experience leading multi- disciplinary project teams. Prior experience on high- end commercial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities shall include the following:
Shall be responsible for coordinating the technical and management aspects on multidisciplinary projects.
Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all the disciplines. Coordinates the work of consultants.
Shall be responsible to provide site backup on technical/ design issues, where required managing ones own time and time of others reporting to them.
Shall be responsible for Designing of daily task of work to be executed at site.
Shall be responsible to Keep abreast of latest trends and technologies. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Shall be responsible to oversee and plan all architectural aspects of construction projects.
Shall be responsible for final specifications, approves ordered materials, and provides overall guidance on objectives and concepts.
Shall be responsible for construction supervision, project management.
Shall develop checklists and coordinates technical aspects of the project design and construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
