This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Architect at nirmitidesignstudio. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
• Excellent design and visualization skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus
