Key accountabilities of the role: Gen AI Lead / Data Scientist (Overall 15+ yrs of experience and 2+ in



GenAI or 5+ yrs in Analytics/ML) –

1. AI Model Development:

 Design and develop generative AI models for various

applications, including predictive analytics, natural

language processing, and automated content

generation.

 Implement machine learning and deep learning

algorithms to solve complex business problems for

Institutional Banking use cases

2. Data Management and Preprocessing:

 Work with data engineers to ensure data quality,

integrity, and accessibility.

 Preprocess and clean large datasets for training and

evaluation of AI models.

3. Integration and Deployment:

 Integrate AI solutions into the bank's existing data

infrastructure and business processes.

 Deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring



scalability, performance, and compliance with

regulatory standards.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand

business requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

 Communicate findings and insights to non-technical

stakeholders through reports and presentations.

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data

Science, or a related field.

 Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or

Java.

 Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow,

PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

 Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure, or

Snowflake AI Data Cloud
