This is a hybrid role for an Architect at Leaftown Private Limited, located in Visakhapatnam. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs and plans, integrating various components into cohesive systems, and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. The role entails collaborating with different teams to ensure design accuracy, functionality, and regulatory compliance, as well as communicating with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular project updates.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Visakhapatnam
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field
• Professional licensure as an architect is an advantage
• Experience in working on large-scale projects is a plus
