Lead Architect & Sales Manager
Spearhead the design and execution of commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, presenting design proposals, and closing deals with prospective clients.
Cultivate strong client relationships, resulting in a 30% increase in repeat business over the past five years.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead a team of junior architects and designers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to deliver cohesive and functional designs.
Role of an Architect in Sales
