Job Summary

We seek a talented and creative Architect/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong architecture and interior design background, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating functional and visually appealing spaces. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present design concepts and proposals for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Create detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for design development.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into the design.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior elements.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
