Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect who can design, build, and guide the overall use of the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses mainly on ITSM, Integrations, Architecture, Now Assist, AI Agent, and App Engine Studio, with additional support in HRSD and CSM.
Responsibilities:
Design the overall ServiceNow architecture and ensure the platform follows best practices.
Lead solution design for ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub, APIs, and MID Server.
Implement and support Now Assist and AI Agent features for automation and AI-driven improvements.
Create and guide custom applications using App Engine Studio.
Support projects in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide the best technical solutions.
Maintain platform standards, documentation, and governance.
Provide guidance to developers and administrators on technical solutions and best practices.
