Architectural Coordinator
The Vision Implementer | The Detail Guardian | The Continuity Obsessor

As our Architectural Coordinator, you're the bridge between vision and reality. You take the big ideas and make sure they actually happen—with grace, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the original intent.
What You'll Be Doing
Implementing architectural vision and controls across projects (your superpower)
Coordinating architectural review processes and ensuring compliance with guidelines
Creating technical maps, marketing maps, and supporting documentation
Collaborating with builders, developers, and other consultants
Being the keeper of continuity and execution excellence
Owning software implementations for our clients
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in architecture, design coordination, or related field
A sharp eye for design and an obsession with details
Experience with architectural guidelines, design controls, or review processes
Understanding of the builder/developer world and their constraints
Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
Alignment with our core values (WE over ME is the way)
