Senior Architectural Draughtsman Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Draughtsman with a strong technical skill set and excellent knowledge of working drawings.
The ideal candidate will be able to produce accurate architectural drawings, coordinate with consultants, and support the design team throughout all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, joinery details, and GFC drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, landscape, and interior teams for integrated drawings.
• Develop precise and comprehensive construction documentation.
• Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and standards.
• Maintain drawing logs and manage revisions as per project requirements.
• Assist architects in design development and technical coordination.
• Ensure adherence to local by-laws, DCR/UDCPR norms, and project-specific requirements.
