Job Details:
• Position: Architectural Designer
• Work Place: onsite in Woolloomooloo only
• Work Type: Permanent Full Time
• Salary: $75,000+ per annum
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree in Architecture or TAFE Diploma of Building Design
At least 3 years of relevant experience
2+ years Revit Experience a must
POSITION OBJECTIVES / ROLE DESCRIPTION
• A dynamic role that incorporates Architectural Documentation as well as client and consultant liaison.
• Working as part of a project team across documentation for CDC and CC across multi-residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.
• Participating in a co-operative and consultative manner with team members and consultants to achieve project outcomes in respect to time, cost and quality
• Familiarity with NCC.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Strong Autodesk Revit Skills is a must
• Good understanding of relevant standards, regulations and legislation.
• Proactive
• Co-operative and collaborative
• Willingness to learn
