Jain and Associates is a 30-year-old Architecture and Engineering based firm based out of Gurgaon, India. We have delivered more than 1200 projects in India.
We are looking for an Architect (1 positions) to join our team to work on one of India's prestigious projects. The site is situated in Himachal Pradesh. The project would involve traveling to the site. Candidates must have good Physical fitness and should be willing to travel.
You will have the opportunity to plan and design public and private projects across various scales and uses, including civic spaces, streetscapes, parks, and residential, commercial, and themed attractions.

Responsibilities
• Work under the direction of licensed Landscape Architects to assist in the development of our ongoing projects in Himachal Pradesh.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents for site plans and support graphics using computer programs.
Qualifications
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputed University, Masters is preferred
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Knowledge of Green Building Certification - LEED / IGBC / GRIHA is preferable
• Good Physical Fitness and willingness to travel are a must
Software Skills:
Strong proficiency in the following software is must:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Lumion
• Photoshop
• MS Office
Timing:
Mon - Fri: + am - 6 pm
2nd and 4th Saturday will be off.
