Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce precise architectural drawings and documentation for a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans based on project requirements and specifications.
Prepare construction documents, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design integrity and accuracy.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to review drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Assist in revising and updating drawings as needed throughout project phases.
Use AutoCAD, sketchup, or other drafting software proficiently to produce high-quality drawings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
Proven expertise in AutoCAD, sketchup, and related drafting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
A relevant diploma or degree in Architecture or Drafting preferred.
