This is not an entry-level or drafting-only position. The selected candidate will directly support our leadership team on complex, fast-track construction projects, acting as a key contributor across design, compliance, contracts, tendering, and technical drafting.

Proven ability to produce high-detail construction drawings and independently handle contract documentation, tenders, and site instructions.
Experience in Design & Build projects with full lifecycle coordination — from concept development to contractor finalisation.
Proven ability to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and statutory authorities with minimal supervision.

Working knowledge of cost planning, BOQs, or contract negotiation.
Experience using project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Comprehensive Knowledge of Space Gas, Tekla and Revit.

Assist in the development and modification of building designs in accordance with project requirements and stakeholder input.
Interpret and apply relevant building codes, planning regulations, the National Construction Code (NCC), and AS/NZS standards in all drafting and documentation tasks.
Coordinate documentation and design details across architectural, structural, and engineering consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.
Support the preparation and review of documentation for Development Applications (DA), Construction Certificates (CC), and Occupation Certificates (OC).
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and statutory authorities to facilitate design compliance, approvals, and project delivery, with minimal supervision.
Participate in site inspections, prepare site instructions, and incorporate field changes into as-built drawings.
