As an Architectural Draftsperson, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings of residential projects. This includes:
Producing master plans and working drawings
Updating drawings with variations as required while ensuring compliance with building regulations
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proficiency in ArchiCAD
Diploma of Design and Drafting or similar qualification
At least 5 years of experience in residential drafting or design
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
