Qualifications
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural project management
Experience with educational/school architecture is required
Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management under the supervision of a Registered Architect
2-5 years of experience in school and educational architecture
Strong proficiency in preparing design, development, and construction documents for approval and construction
Proven experience in managing project timelines and ensuring projects are completed on schedule
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in using architectural and design software
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
