About Us: A growing architectural practice specialising in bespoke residential projects, including one-off houses and flats. We are seeking a recently qualified Architectural Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential projects using Revit (essential).
• Assist with planning applications and ensure compliance with UK building regulations.
• Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and clients to support project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Recently qualified Architectural Technician (HND, HNC, or equivalent).
• Experience with one-off houses and flats.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• The ambition to achieve Chartership.
