We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with experience in residential design. This person will be instrumental in creating conceptual and working designs that are innovative and align with the vision of the project.

Who you are
Experienced: A minimum of 3+ years experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architect for Residential New Home Design. Applicants who do not have experience in residential new home design will not be considered.
Skilled: Looking to use your expertise to explore creatively and push design boundaries.
Independent: Works well in a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful: Takes initiative and thinks outside the box to quickly overcome challenges.
Inspired: Excited by the opportunity to see your design visions come to life.
Role Overview
Lead the residential design process from initial client consultation through to completed architectural drawings, translating client vision into functional, buildable home designs.
Develop high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using Revit and Enscape to clearly communicate design intent.
Independently manage client relationships, including booking and leading meetings, presenting concepts, and guiding clients through design decisions.
Collaborate closely with clients, interior designers, and internal teams to deliver cohesive, design-forward homes.
NOTE: This is a full-time, in-office position in Calgary. Candidates must be local.
