Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Understand customers' needs and transform their requirements and vision into working drawings. Ensure the timely closure of designs with customers.
• Create floor plans to effectively utilize space, considering interior design and structural nuances.
• Develop building elevations based on customer requirements and budget constraints.
• Comprehend municipal codes and local and state building regulations to design and plan projects.
• Produce client presentations to facilitate project conversion.
• Develop and maintain libraries in Revit.
• Generate Architectural Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from Revit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, RM, operations) to ensure project deliverables.
• Coordinate with external consultants (structural) to ensure economical designs.
