- Previous experience as a multi-outlet chef for a similar South Indian QSR concept across reputed food brands.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of South Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Strong management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory management, cost analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with staff, management, and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Multilingual proficiency would be an added advantage.
- A passion for South Indian cuisine and a commitment to delivering quality food and service.
Salary: The salary for this position is in the range of INR 11-15 lacs per annum, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications
