To underwrite mortgage proposal as per the laid down policies & procedure to honor the agreed SLAs. Manage city/area business volumes. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness. Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM). Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met. Credit appraisal of loan applications within defined policy guidelines and accordingly recommending them for approval to higher authorities Assessing creditworthiness of the potential client by studying financial history basis documents submitted, market information, reference checks etc. Underwriting and making proposals of cases with desired level of quality to higher authorities Responsible for PDD monitoring and collateral management. Coordination with Operations team for disbursal and PDD process. To ensure Audit compliance and regulatory compliance for the branch/location. Communicate with operation to resolve disbursal issue. Interact in market with other participants to gather business trends and developments Implement good practices and share early warning trends with teams.
