Talent Acquisition: - Lead the staffing for the set of stores across the roles of fashion assistant, department managers, store manager & support functions.- New store hiring & training as per the norms.2. HR Operations : - Drive the brilliant at basics - system hiring, separations, confirmations, incentive pay-outs, payroll management.3. Capability Building Execute on the new hire training.- Lead the TNA and execute on store specific learning interventions and impact measurement.4. Talent Management : - Facilitate the career progression programs at the stores across functions and levels- identify, develop & assess.5.PMS : - Ensure KRA awareness among the employees and drive the quarterly PMS process along with post facto analysis & development.6.Manning & Productivity: - Execute on the manning at stores based on the productivity norms.- Manpower Cost Own the manpower cost for the area and ensure adherence to budgets.- Attrition Management Tracking & analysis of the in-store Attrition.- Diagnose reasons and execute on the mitigation plan.7.Employee Engagement : - Employee Engagement calendar ideation & execution across stores.8.Compliance: - Monitor & drive adherence to the labour compliance and ensure- Employee Relations Liaise with the ER lead to drive discipline & manage misconducts and violations, domestic inquiry proceedings and related actions among the union employees
