We are looking to hire Area Sales Executive to develop sales of RUCHAK Snacks and Namkeens .
Balasore- HQ
Area of Operation- Keonjhar, Balasore, Mayurbhanj,
Roles and Responsibilities
To develop sales in your territory
Solve the problems in the market
Checking Coverage vs. Beat Plan and PJP working by the SOs
Increase in Productive Outlets per beat
Building relationship with Key Outlets
Manage Wholesale
Proper Induction of the New Joiners
Supervision of employees and their functioning
Employee Motivation Distributors Stock inventory management
Getting involvement of the distributors
Setting service standards and implementation of standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Around 35 to 45 years of age
Minimum 4-5 years experience with Food FMCG Companies.
Graduates with diploma in Sales & Marketing
Minimum 6-8 years experience in the proposed geography
Thorough knowledge about the market under consideration
Fluent in local language
Sound Arithmetic Skills Basic Computer Skills
Has own mode of travelling and has a Smart Phone
Excellent rapport with trade Energetic and enthusiastic
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
